Userflow Analysis

Harvard Catalyst

Project Summary

Collaborated with peers to diagram userflows across curricular products. This process helped us pinpoint where users encountered friction and where the experience could be improved. By visualizing the journey and aligning on pain points and opportunities, we built a shared understanding to inform org-wide product refinement.

My Contribution

  • Ideated and advocated for the activity
  • Facilitated meetings and secured input from leadership and peers
  • Documented and disseminated findings

Values-Based Metrics Development

Harvard Catalyst

Project Summary

Worked with leadership and peers to create a dashboard that shows key metrics based on our values. We started by discussing what mattered most to each person, then connected those ideas to metrics we could measure. I collaborated with our team's web specialist to design and connect a metrics dashboard to live products so the team could instantly see how we were doing. This tool made it easier to stay aligned and track progress together.

My Contribution

  • Ideated and advocated for the activity
  • Facilitated meetings and secured input from leadership and peers
  • Mapped values to metrics and collaborated on designing the dashboard interface
